Haul of the Day: First Impression Review

New product to try out:
Garnier Skin Naturals Instant Fairness BB Eye Roll-on

This product's been around for a while in North America and marketed as Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller in tinted with 2 shades to choose from.
I've been dying to try this and I saw this at Mannings~~~ The price is around $129 something.

This is what the product looks like out of the box:

Whe you unscrewed the cap, you can see the metal roller ball
( you can see the product on the roller ball because I swatched it before I took these photos)

A close up of what it looks like

For the Hong Kong market, this product comes in only one shade which suits most people with lighter skintone. However like all BB product, people with a tan or  with medium to medium dark skin tone may not have the pleasure to use it. I really like the color of the product, the shade is less pink than most BB products and you definitely will not find that signiture ghostly grayish cast from some of those well known BB creams or BB products. I would say this product is great for those in NC20 to25 (MAC foundation shade range). This product will not suit anyone darker than NC30.The texture of this product is very light and fluid which is great for summer. As far as lasting power goes, I did not wear it long enough to know staying power of the product. I will need to wear it more to give a better review of it.
Coverage is light to medium which brightened my undereye area nicely. It is buildable but I won't count on trying to build it up to anything heavier than a medium coverage. It didn't cover my dark circles completely but I am actually quite OK with that for my summer day makeup.
All in all, a decent product and it's worth trying it out. You basically get a treatment and concealer in one with a convenient package with roller ball design!!!!

***A side note: Garnier also launched a BB cream along with this BB Eye Roll-on, which I might give it a go.
